Dedicated Instructors

Joshua Rowland

  

 Josh is a father of seven daughters, grandfather to seven grandchildren, and was born and raised in Greer SC.


Josh has experiences in law enforcement training, hand to hand combat, self-defense, CPR, Medic, Nursing level 2, Animal behavior, veterinarian technician.  


Josh currently has his certification in Basic pistol instructor and CWP instructor. 

J&M CWP Mission

  

Here at J&M CWP, our mission is to bring back the safety and security.  We believe in creating a level playing field for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, religion or age.  

Programs

South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit

  

This course is approximately 7 hours in length (6 hours of classroom instruction and paperwork. 1 hour is range time). This instruction is divided into two sections: 1) Federal and state law (as well as court cases) dealing with the Second Amendment, concealed carry, self-defense, and the use of deadly force; and 2) firearm safety, storage, operation, nomenclature, and marksmanship. Students must pass both the written exam and the firearm qualification with at least a 70%.
